Job Responsibilities

Champion a culture of innovation and customer centricity

• Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships
• Drive new client acquisition in collaboration with bankers
• Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 3+ years of direct lending or credit support experience, with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build credibility and partnerships with senior business and control partners Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training Sales management and business development skills
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Creative problem-solving abilities; flexible and able to multitask in changing business environments
