Nawiązywanie kontaktu i negocjacje z właścicielami nieruchomości Analiza nieruchomości pod względem przydatności do celów przemysłowych i magazynowych Poszukiwanie rozwiązań skomplikowanych problemów związanych z pozyskiwaniem nieruchomości Pozyskiwanie odpowiedniej dokumentacji związanej z procesem nabycia nieruchomości Koordynacja działań formalno-prawnych, współpraca z lokalnymi władzami Negocjacje z właścicielami nieruchomości, urzędnikami i pracownikami jednostek samorządu terytorialnego Brzmi ciekawie?

Aby zaaplikować powinieneś mieć

Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w pozyskiwaniu nieruchomości pod inwestycje Bardzo dobrą znajomość aspektów prawno-właścicielskich Znajomość rynków Polski Zachodniej, szczególnie Poznania, Wrocławia, Trójmiasta i Szczecina Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności negocjacyjne, komunikacyjne i interpersonalne Umiejętność samodzielnego działania i organizacji pracy Co oferujemy: Umowa o pracę lub B2B Wynagrodzenie: konkurencyjna podstawa + prowizja od zrealizowanych transakcji Samochód służbowy Możliwość zdobycia doświadczenia przy dużych projektach magazynowych i produkcyjnych Stabilność zatrudnienia w międzynarodowej firmie z ugruntowaną pozycją na rynku Dołącz do nas, aby dalej rozwijać swoje mocne strony i osiągnąć spełnienie w życiu zawodowym.
