What this job involves

• Monitor and control BMS interfaces to ensure optimal operational of HVAC, lighting,power and life-safety systems Adjust BMS settings to maintain stable indoor conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality) for site collections and visitor comfort
• Respond to BMS alarms and system faults, performing basic troubleshooting or escalating issues to technical teams as required Log system readings, operational data, and incident reports accurately; general routine repots on energy usage and system performance
• Ensure all BMS operations adhere to statutory regulations, site standards and internal safety protocols Required Skills and Experience: Certificate / Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related field 1-2 years of BMS operations or facilities management experience
