Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für komplexe, standortübergreifende Kundenkonten und bauen langfristige Partnerschaften auf höchster Ebene auf C-Level Kommunikation : Direkter Austausch mit Entscheidungsträgern – Sie präsentieren Konzepte, beraten strategisch und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte FM-Lösungen Performance-Steuerung : Sie überwachen und optimieren Service Level Agreements und Key Performance Indicators, erstellen aussagekräftige

• Reports und leiten proaktiv Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein Dienstleister-Management : Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner, Verhandlung von Verträgen und kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung der erbrachten Leistungen Technische Expertise : Bewertung und
• Analyse technischer Anforderungen an den Standorten, Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten und Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung Budget-Verantwortung : Verwaltung und Controlling umfangreicher Budgets, Identifikation von Einsparpotentialen und Umsetzung wirtschaftlicher Optimierungsmaßnahmen Innovation & Digitalisierung : Sie treiben die Implementierung digitaler Tools und innovativer FM-Konzepte voran und positionieren JLL als Vorreiter moderner Facility-Management-Lösungen Damit überzeugen Sie uns
