Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators)
• Lead and supervise technical teams
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate technical projects and renovations
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Review and report on monthly work activities
• Execute energy-saving programs
• Conduct regular team meetings

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Certification

• SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate Level (SKA/SKK Ahli Perawatan Bangunan Gedung Tingkat Madya)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in building operations

Value Added

• Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (K3L)
