Human Resources Job Sub Function: Learning & Instructional Design Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China Job Description: Job Overview: Based on business strategy and marketing training strategy, design and implement performance-oriented learning and development projects to enhance the professional competitiveness of sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Based on business strategy and focused capacity development opportunities, leverage internal and external resources, design and deliver sales learning and development projects /courses for sales reps, first line manager and second line manager to enhance the professional competitiveness of sales team. Cooperate APAC team to align the strategy and localize for CHN team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above 5 + years sales management and training experience Structured thinking and presentation, strong communication skills
• Excellent execution and learning ability Open minded and positive attitude
