We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Projects to lead and manage project execution activities in the CFS (Clean Fire Suppression Systems) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for CFS and IBMS projects. Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and timelines. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities. Manage customer relationships and resolve project-related issues effectively.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in Project Execution and Project Management. Mandatory experience in CFS and/or IBMS industry. Experience in handling commercial and industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management.
