ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals. Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

Properly reports labor Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance

• Operates a computerized back stop
• Performs weekly maintenance on shear
• Knowledge of gauges / types of metals Reads blue prints as needed Stores parts properly Distinguishes between interior and exterior
• Performs scribing and notching EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred Read and write English
