• Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
• Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
• Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
• Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
• Generation of savings projects
• Follow-up to standardization of best practices
• Line balancing - A3 development How will you do it? - Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation
• Tools for analysis and problem solving
• Time and movement studies
• Projects management
• Process mapping
• Environmental system 14001 What we look for? - Engineering or equivalent - 5 to 7 years of experience
• Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
• Advanced English
• Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
• Knowledge of the OEE - Excel domain and power point
