As a Senior Software Engineer

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application.

This role also offers the opportunity to help build and shape a new team in Brazil, contributing to the development of technical solutions and best practices while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. We are looking for a strong technical professional with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills, motivated to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules (Sales Hub or Field Service)
• Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions
• Develop integrations between systems and APIs to support business needs
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and continuously improve our products
• Collaborate with other software engineers on the team
• Contribute to technical design and solution discussions

What Skills You Need

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Customer Engagement modules)
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., layered architecture, event-driven systems, domain-driven design)
• JavaScript (ES6) or NodeJs
• Experience with relational databases and system integrations
• Experience with Git and GitHub
• Experience with trunk-based development
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales Hub, Field Service, or Customer Service)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (in either Azure Dev Ops or Github Actions)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
• UI Libraries such as React
• Experience with PCFs or other complex Dynamics 365 customizations
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, integration, or end-to-end testing frameworks and libraries
