Job description

工作职责

  • 利用分子生物学手段构建大型蛋白质文库，包括PCR,质粒构建，DNA序列分析
  • 用MACS 和 FACS 进行蛋白文库筛选
  • 能够制定标准实验流程的SOP

对项目能够进行良好系统的管理 任职资格

  • 具有蛋白（特别是抗体）结构和功能学方面的工作经验
  • 精通分子生物学(PCR, 质粒构建, DNA 序列分析)
  • 具有噬菌体展示、酵母展示、哺乳动物展示或蛋白质理性设计的相关知识和实践经验
