About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Automation Specialist to spearhead the operation and evolution of our cutting-edge automation platform. This role is key to enabling high-throughput screening workflows and driving data-driven innovation across our drug discovery pipeline. As part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how automation enhances scientific outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operation, optimization,and scaling of our automation platform, driving seamless integration and performance to support both current project goals and long-term innovation. Design and execute automation roadmaps to enable end-to-end high-throughput screening (HTS) workflows, ensuring process consistency, experimental reproducibility, and scalable implementation across our drug discovery pipeline. Collaborate with in assay scientists to support assay development, validation, and large-scale implementation, translating scientific research requirements into robust and scalable laboratory solutions.

Partner with AIDD, R&D, and IT teams to integrate wet and dry lab processes, building a highly automated, closed-loop system for target discovery and molecule screening that ensures high-quality data generation and analysis.

Qualifications

PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry), or Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in drug discovery and automation. Proven expertise in high-throughput screening, including automated liquid handling, assay development, and system integration. Demonstrated experience with compound management systems (CMS), miniaturized assays, and biochemical screening is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Why Join Us?
