We are seeking a motivated Equity Cash Sales Trader to join our High Touch Trading desk. Key Responsibilities

Support senior sales traders in servicing institutional client accounts and executing equity orders. Develop relationships with institutional investors and provide high-quality client service. Monitor market activity, news flow, and trading opportunities throughout the trading day. Communicate market color, liquidity updates, and execution insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, trading, research, and capital markets teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to clients.

Assist in managing client order flow and ensuring efficient trade execution. Maintain a strong understanding of market structure, trading products, and execution strategies. Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal risk management requirements.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of industry experience in sales trading, trading, capital markets, institutional sales, or a related financial services role. Prior sales experience is a plus. Strong interest in financial markets and institutional equities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated work ethic, resilience, and a desire to learn. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
