Primary Responsibilities

Directly support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing / new business pitches, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations

• Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis
• Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Mentor and train Analysts Required Background: Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record 3-5 years investment banking transaction advisory execution experience Highly motivated, confident and passionate Lives in San Francisco or willing to relocate Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Desired Experience/Skills: Support engagement teams in equity financing, sell-side, buy-side and general advisory M&A engagements, within the Technology Enabled Services investment banking group
• Create pitch materials
• Oversee due diligence The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000.
