Pay

Mixture of local & regional deliveries - 2 pay tiers will be paid Local drivers that run "regional loads" that are 200+ miles will pay out at the regional rate 10% of the loads are regional - WILL STILL MAKE IT HOME EVERYNIGHT! 0.63 CPM Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year

• Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years $20/stop 90% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination Starting at 0.725 CPM ​​​​Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year
• Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years Drivers will run primarily local freight for an average of 1700 miles per week ​​​​ $30/stop Position Details: Drivers will make daily deliveries to 40 Meijer stores in IL (no downtown Chicago), Northern IN, MI (including Upper Peninsula), OH, and WI.

Including shuttles between 2 distribution facilities in Lansing & Pleasant Prairie Drivers will be expected to pickup backhauls back to Lansing, MI (approx 85% drop and hook) Chicago suburb runs are the main activity on the account (but nothing in the city of Chicago), 85-90% of runs go there from both
