Other Pay

Holiday: Eligible after one consecutive year of service $210/holiday for the 6 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th of July) Drivers must be active (not on leave, suspension, terminated) Drivers may be required to work holidays depending on freight volumes. Days surrounding holidays are FCFS.

PTO

Accrual starts on the first day of employment in real time New/rehire – 1.5 hours accrued/week = 7 PTO days/yr 1+ years – 1.54 hours accrued/week = 10 PTO days/yr 6+ years – 2.31 hours accrued/week = 15 PTO days/yr 19+ years – 3.08 hours accrued/week = 20 PTO days/yr Position Details: Uniforms required Production requirement: 1900 MPW Exceptional drivers can run as much as 2,400+ MPW w/ 48 hours off 100% NO TOUCH FREIGHT on Intermodal Chassis/Container Operating Area: WI/IL (90%), IA, MN, surrounding states (10%) 95% of loads start/end in Chicago, IL Rails: Mainly Chicago area rails (95%), occasionally St Paul (4%) and St, Louis (1%)

Truck/Parking Details

PARKING: Drivers living within 30 miles of a terminal will need to park the truck at the terminal for home time Outside of that, drivers can park at/near home but need a safe/legal place to park the tractor/trailer Automatic Transmission Freightliners Training Info: Average of 2 weeks During training, drivers will stay in a hotel Drivers on this regional job will operate in WI, IA, MN and IL.
