Pay

Mixture of local & regional deliveries - 2 pay tiers will be paid Local drivers that run "regional loads" that are 200+ miles will pay out at the regional rate 10% of the loads are regional - WILL STILL MAKE IT HOME EVERYNIGHT! 0.63 CPM Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year

• Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years $20/stop 90% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination) Starting at 0.725 CPM ​​​​ Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year
• Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years Drivers will run primarily local freight for an average of 1700 miles per week ​​​​ $30/stop Position Details: Drivers will make NO TOUCH, daily deliveries to 40 Meijer stores in Northern IL, IN, WI, and MI as well as 2 distribution facilities and will pickup backhauls from the greater Chicago area to return to Pleasant Prairie Drivers will make deliveries to these store locations daily and potentially pick up backhaul Outbound store shipments are drop and hook at the DC and majority of the stores delivered to are drop and hook Backhauls may be drop and hook or live loads (apx. 85% drop/hook) Truck needs to remain at the account during time off Trucks are permanently assigned but slip-seating may happen depending on maintenance Lunch is provided during orientation Join a Team That Values Drivers: This account has a strong track record of success, earning the 2016 Account of the Year Award and placing 3rd in the Midwest Region for Driver Dedicated Performance in 2017.
