Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $87,100 $0.61 per mile Live stop pay: $25 per stop Drop and hook pay: $15 per stop Detention pay: $30 per hour after 1.5 hours Off account work pay: $225-$300 per day New hire training pay: $200 per day Safety training pay: $20 per hour Holiday pay: $200 per day Frequent home time Onsite management Paid online orientation Driver Benefits: PTO accrues from day one 401(k) with company match Eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage after just 30 days Access to life insurance options Access to mental health and disability benefits And so much more!

Position Details: Drivers will haul mattresses from Chicago, IL to customer stores/hubs in IL, IA, IN, KY, KS, PA, OH, MI, MO, MN, NE, SD, TN, and WI. 3-4 loads/week Average of 10-12 stops/week Loads/stops are live load/unload ( about an hour on average ) For live unloads, drivers will tailgate and unload mattresses

Mattress will be fully unloaded by the driver in the dock area The customer will occasionally be there to assist but should not always be expected Special Requirements: Drivers are expected to assist other accounts in the area when freight volumes are low Drivers will wear uniforms Uniform program available to drivers through
