Hands on safety training pay: $22 per hour Hazmat load pay: $25 per load Holiday pay: $220 per day Layover pay: $20 per hour Live lift pay: $15 per occurrence Live load/unload pay: $65 per stop Mandatory meeting pay:$22 per hour Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour MW surcharge pay: $50 per occurrence

New hire training pay: $250 per day Rail delay pay: $20 per hour Recovery pay: $25 per occurrence Reefer crosstown pay: $15 per load Refrigerated load pay: $30 per load Refused delivery pay: $40 per load Spotting work pay: $5 per move Trailer wash pay: $15 per occurrence Truck detailing pay: $50 per occurrence

Virtual safety training pay: $20 per hour Waiting on power unit pay: $20 per hour Yard work pay: $20 per hour Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $95,000 Weekly home time Majority no touch freight Onsite management Paid online orientation

OTHER PAY

Holiday: Eligible after 1 consecutive year of service $220/holiday for the 6 major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th of July) Drivers are not required to work Holidays Days surrounding holidays are 1st come 1st serve PTO accrual starts on first day of employment New/rehire – 1.5 hours accrued/week = 7 PTO days/year 1+ years – 1.54 hours accrued/week = 10 PTO days/year 6+ years – 2.31 hours accrued/week = 15 PTO days/year 19+ years – 3.08 hours accrued/week = 20 PTO days/year POSITION DETAILS: Uniforms required Hazmat optional (Hazmat can be reimbursed upon proof/receipts)

Production requirement

1900 mpw but exceptional drivers can run as much as 2,400+ mpw w/ 48 hrs off 100% No Touch freight on Intermodal Chassis/Container 5% of freight is Reefer/TCI freight Riders allowed after 90 days with completed paperwork and manager approval OPERATING AREA IA (45%), MN/WI/IL (50%), surrounding states (5%) 85% of loads start/end in

Chicago, IL Rails: Mainly Chicago area rails (85%). Occasionally St. Paul (14%) and St. Louis Rails (1%) TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS/PARKING Mid roof conventional tractors (avg age is 2.5 years) Automatic, mostly freightliners with safety technology Drivers living within 30 miles of a JBH terminal will be required to park there for time off TRAINING: On average 2 weeks long

Drivers will stay in the truck with the trainer during training period, unless they are of the opposite sex Drivers on this regional job will operate in IA, MN, WI and IL.
