$0.62-$0.78 per mile* Stop pay: $15 per stop Local load pay: $15 per load Mountain stop pay: $30 per stop Office Depot backhauls: $25 per load 3rd Party backhauls: $60 per load Dedicated outsource work: $250-$400 per day Intermodal outsource work: $0.62-$0.78 per mile and $15 per stop New hire training period: $200 per day.

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Position Details

Driver will be delivering to Office Depot stores in CO, KS, NE, ND, MT, MO, NM, WY, CA and UT When running Office Depot freight: Driver must offload all pallets (average of 4-6 per store) with a manual pallet jack. Average unload time at Office Depot stores is 30 minutes. Average of 4-6 stops per trailer. Must be capable of blind side backing into tight retail dock locations and maneuver in close quarters areas.

Must be physically capable of moving 3,000 lbs pallets with a manual pallet jack up, or down, steep dock areas into stock rooms. Must be physically capable of offloading an entire pinwheeled trailer (sideways pallets all down one side) with a manual pallet jack.

Special Requirements

Driver must run intermodal or other DCS accounts (off account) when needed . Up to 3-5 times per week 3rd party loads (roughly 5-10%) Live loads & unloads with strict appt times. All deliveries are local.

3am-5am (for delivery) Other DCS accounts (roughly 20-30%) Varies depending on the account. Loads can be local or regional.

$250-$400 per day (depending on the account) Intermodal loads (roughly 20-30% ) 95% drop and hook. 5% live unload. All loads are local.

Average start time

varies by driver Must be willing, and able, to chain when chain laws are in effect . Up to 10-20 times per year Must be willing, and able, to drive in the mountains. Up to 5 times per week. When traveling to westbound towards UT in the winter all drivers are expected to thoroughly trip plan. Continually taking I-80, instead of I-70, and getting shut down due weather is not acceptable.
