Position Details

Driver will be hauling building materials for roofing, including adhesives , on flatbed trailers from Salt Lake City, UT to customer sites across CA, NV, UT, NM, CO, ID, MT OR, WA, WY, and TX, and other states as required. Loads are live loaded Driver will pull their trailer to the dock to get loaded and then strap their load Driver will be required to strap all loads Freight will be live unloaded at the delivery site by onsite personnel utilizing cranes, forklifts, etc.

Driver is required to unstrap all loads at the delivery site Drivers are required to pick up backhauls from delivery sites to take back to Salt Lake City. Driver may be required to tarp backhaul loads Special Requirements: Driver is required to obtain hazmat within 60 days of hire. Account will reimburse the cost of the hazmat. Flatbed experience preferred Driver must be comfortable with backing and close quarter maneuvering Driver will be required to assist other DCS accounts as needed If freight volumes are low driver may be outsourced for an entire week Uniforms and steel toe boots are required.
