jti.com Department: Production - Make Pack Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas What you will do Operate tobacco processing and cigarette making/packing machines independently to produce quality products in line with QA specifications while minimizing product on hold. Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures, understanding potential hazards, and applying required control measures. Practice good housekeeping by complying with 5S standards, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and supporting environmental protection activities.

Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations. Comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, company policies, and work instructions, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Demonstrate safe behavior at all times by following safety rules, attending training, and promptly reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Who are we looking for High school or vocational graduate preferred. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
