Environmental Remediation Project Manager- Minot, ND

Job description

This role is based in Minot, North Dakota. No relocation assistance is offered for this role. As an Environmental Project Manager based in North Dakota, you’ll play a crucial role in cleaning up our communities and improving our environment.

Lead and Manage Projects

• Plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.

Collaborate and Coordinate

• Work with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.

Technical Excellence

• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design and implement pilot studies and remedial systems.

Client Interaction

• Engage with clients and regulators, present information, and facilitate discussions on site management strategies.

Mentorship and Growth

• Provide motivation and direction to project teams, and benefit from mentorship opportunities to help you grow your career at Jacobs.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Proven experience in environmental projects, including site investigation and/or remediation, subcontractor oversight, and managing project teams.

Certifications

• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or the ability to obtain and maintain it.

Advanced Degrees and Certifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and/or certifications such as PE, PG, or PMP.
