As Director of Construction (Data Centers), you’ll join our collaborative team delivering award-winning engineering, construction management, and design-build solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients.

We’re seeking a passionate leader to support our project in Corpus Christi, TX, who thrives on collaboration, exceeds expectations, and challenges the status quo. In this role, you’ll be accountable for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex data center construction project. You’ll engage directly with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience in heavy construction
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale, fast-track construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, design-build delivery, and technology infrastructure
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5 years or experienced focused on data center or mission-critical facilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with hyperscale clients, enterprise data centers, or colocation facilities
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute standards, Tier certifications, and energy-efficient design
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
