Job summary Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.

Your role in our mission

Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples, gluing torn pages, maintain document order Assigning document types to different stack structures. Separating documents after identifying specific features. Scanning documents, operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructions Checking, labelling and archiving processed stacks Searching for requested documents and sending them for further processing Valued skills and experience: Very good comprehension and organizational talent Independent, precise way of working Experience with high-performance scanners desired Reliable, flexible, able to work in a team and communicate Trustworthy handling of customer data High quality awareness and consistent performance PC skills advantageous Languages: knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English would be an advantage Category: Operations Group
