Manage projects through disciplined tracking of scope, timelines, staffing, budgets, risks, and client expectations. Oversee monitoring and knowledge development in assigned policy areas, therapeutic areas, and service offerings. Participate actively in business development, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, scoping, and prospective-client discussions. Contribute to webinars, conferences, publications, and other forums that demonstrate RHEMA expertise.
