Role Purpose

Under direct supervision, conduct research on US managed care industry particularly with health insurance plans and maintain IQVIA Database.

Principal Accountabilities

Research and create documentation on the profiled data regarding US Managed Care industry. Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe. Perform tasks on a daily basis to satisfy defined production target. Follow quality processes thoroughly on the given standard. Ensure requirements from LO counterparts are being met. Respond to client queries on a timely manner. Perform adhoc data analysis and process documentation. Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, Information Technology related courses.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage.
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management account is an advantage.
• Preferably with call center experience.
