As a Clinical Trial Assistant within Clinical FSP, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real study operations, build foundational expertise alongside experienced CRAs and Project Managers, and develop a clear path toward future clinical research roles, all within a global organization dedicated to transforming healthcare through human science and data science. Key responsibilities Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and study documentation. Support document preparation, filing, tracking, and archiving. Review study files for completeness and compliance. Coordinate clinical trial supplies and tracking records. Assist with CRF tracking, study queries, and data workflows. Act as a key contact for project communications and documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to Clinical Trial Assistants, supporting onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical trial processes and may lead CTA study teams and contribute to recruitment activities. Support departmental quality and process improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

Passion for clinical research and healthcare Science degree preferred Relevant 1+years of clinical trials support experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
