Junior Patient Support Coordinator

Job description

​ Role Overview

• Support daily PAP operations and transaction flow
• Ensure execution aligns with SOP, timeline, and data accuracy
• Handle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors To maintain constant and direct communication with Program Manager.

Monitor patient schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.

• Respond promptly to queries
• Verifies patient registration details
• Verifies patient invoices/receipts
• Verifies patient prescription
• Follow up patient to check medication dispensing & receipts
• Update and maintain internal databases
• Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Preferably health-related (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health), open to others with relevant experience Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–2 years (healthcare ops, pharma support, customer service, admin)
