Within IFF Culinary, you will help strengthen our position as a strategic innovation partner by bringing together food expertise, market insight and customer intimacy to shape market-ready solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Culinary accounts across the Brazilian market. Build trusted, long-term relationships with business-to-business customers and deepen our understanding of their priorities and challenges. Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with customer needs, market trends and commercial priorities. Drive growth across key Culinary application areas, including processed meat, sauces and dressings, and fats and oils.

Translate customer and market insights into relevant commercial opportunities by connecting external needs with IFF solutions and capabilities. Lead account planning, commercial pipeline management, customer negotiations and opportunity follow-up. Collaborate with technical, marketing, innovation, operations and other internal teams to deliver solutions that support customer success. Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Food Ingredients business in Brazil.

What Makes You the Right Fit Relevant experience in business-to-business sales, strategic account management or business development. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and develop commercial opportunities. Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Knowledge of the food ingredients market, preferably within Culinary applications such as processed meat, sauces and dressings, or fats and oils.

Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multifunctional teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable business growth and customer success. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. How Would You Stand Out? Experience managing strategic accounts within the Brazilian food industry. Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and commercial opportunity mapping.
