Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy and execution for the Servicing Vault domain — document storage, document audit, and related AI-driven capabilities
• Sets the overarching roadmap the team executes against; balances near-term delivery with long-term platform vision
• Define and own the Servicing Vault strategy, translating business goals into a multi-quarter product roadmap
• Drive requirements and prioritization for document storage architecture, retention/audit workflows, and compliance-driven features
• Identify and scope AI/automation opportunities within document audit and vault operations (e.g., anomaly detection, auto-classification, exception handling)
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure vault capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirements
• Act as the primary product voice for Servicing Vault in client and internal leadership conversations
• Manage trade-offs across competing priorities and communicate roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders
• Knowledge and Experience
• 5+ years of product management experience within mortgage servicing
• Strong business acumen — able to connect vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiency Working knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending context Experience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through delivery Comfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background Preferred
• Knowledge and Experience
