Job Description: The responsibilities include but not be limited to: Managing the overall package design electrical work including the schedule and key milestones. Work with different stakeholders to ensure the work is on track and meets the electrical performance requirement. Gathering the inputs requirement from customers. Performing electrical analysis that includes signal integrity analysis and power delivery analysis.

Providing recommendations/solutions in the package design parameters to meet the electrical requirements. Publish the electrical design reports and get the sign-offs from customers. Continuously improve in the electrical analysis work by coming up with innovations or driving efficiencies that helps improve cost, schedule, efficiency and/or quality for the design that ultimately add value to our company.

Qualifications

Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Candidates with the following experience/s are encouraged to apply: Strong technical knowledge of electrical field theories and electronic fundamentals. Experienced in using Electrical Design Analysis software tools such as Ansys (HFSS, Q3D, SIwave), Cadence Sigrity or any equivalent software. Experienced in using Package/Board CAD layout software tool such as Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition or any equivalent software.

Strong project management skills and multi tasking. Strong in technical problem solving (and root causing problems). Good communication in articulation, written and presentation skill. Excellent team work.
