BE Successions Analyst

Job description

The BE Successions Processor is accountable for overseeing complex administrative and financial activities related to customer accounts following the passing of an account holder. This includes performing end‑to‑end validation of invoices for payment authorization, managing interactions with national pension services, coordinating document servicing requests, and conducting detailed pension detection activities. The role requires advanced analytical capability, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of succession‑related regulations to ensure all cases are handled with accuracy, compliance, and sensitivity.
