Principal Engineer - Product Engineering

Job description

Investigate and resolve production failures using advanced laboratory tools and bench equipment to drive yield improvement and product quality. Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous enhancement of microcontroller test coverage. Perform comprehensive customer return analysis and generate detailed failure analysis reports to support corrective and preventive actions.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Strong programming proficiency in:C,C++,Perl, Python Proven track record of delivering results through innovative problem-solving and technical leadership, with examples of impactful project outcomes. Strong desire to take on challenges, drive initiatives independently, and effectively manage priorities to meet business objectives.
