Job description

Local support of all topics around Emerging Talent

Organisation: Supporting the organisation of local student community events, university job fairs, etc.

Event participation

Participating in job fairs, university open days, etc.

Building a community

Supporting the development of Infineon's student community Implementation of new programs: Supporting the implementation of new initiatives (e.g. dual study program)

Building connections

Supporting the exploration and implementation of new university partnerships Recruiting: Supporting the End 2 End student recruiting Administration: Supporting administrative tasks for local student topics (time sheets, individual problems, translation of knowledge articles, etc.)

Education

Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business administration or similar field (correspondence students are welcomed as well)

Languages

Fluent / advanced Hungarian and English language skills (both spoken and written form) are mandatory Digital skills: Good command of MS Office tools Eagerness to grow: Willingness to develop your skills and knowledge in HR Right attitude: "
