Internship - Project Management Support (f/m/div)

Job description

You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You will take care of a variety of tasks such as: Planning: Update and maintain project plans, plan tasks, and track progress as advised by the Project Manager Access

Control: Handle configuration and access management for project assets Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings and manage logistics Deliverables: Prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports as assigned by the Project Manager Cost Control: Analyze project cost data, prepare cost reports, and provide data to stakeholders Administration: Support resource and cost planning, maintain data in project management tools, and manage information in

Confluence Education: Student at a university or university of applied sciences in technical fields (e.g., electrical engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization) or economic fields (e.g., business administration, industrial management)

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macros and automation, plus basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools Working Style: Proactive, precise, and structured with strong ownership; able to work independently and in a team, reach out to stakeholders, and suggest improvements Nice to Have: Studies combining technical and economic aspects, and experience in project management and related tools Language Skills: Fluent English; German is a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
