Internship - IT Business Analyst (Human Resources)

Job description

Working as part of a small team, you will investigate how intelligent workflow automation and AI-driven data insights can enhance overtime validation processes and streamline payroll operations.

Process Research and Improvement

Research and evaluate existing manual processes within the payroll validation tool to identify opportunities for enhanced overtime validation automation and intelligent reporting.

Automation Development

Design, build, and test automated validation scripts and custom data reporting modules using modern programming frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with HR, IT, and payroll stakeholders to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable technical solution designs.

Analytics Prototyping

Develop proof-of-concepts and analytics prototypes that minimize payroll errors, reduce processing time, and address validation challenges.

AI-Driven Reporting

Analyse business requirements and data patterns to create AI-powered reporting models that improve payroll transparency and decision-making.

Education

Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Interest in HR Technology

Demonstrate a strong interest in HR technology, workflow automation, data science, and AI-driven reporting solutions.

Programming Fundamentals

Possess basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, .NET, or similar technologies.

Analytical Mindset and Curiosity

Show a willingness to explore complex logic systems, learn new enterprise platforms, and understand payroll business processes and compliance requirements.
