In this role, you will plan, lead, and oversee Backend Development projects to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives in terms of timeline, quality, and cost. You will monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders, manage timely escalations when needed, and ensure smooth project closure and handover to operations. You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities, enabling teams to resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement, and achieve project objectives through structured methodologies and effective teamwork Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.) At least

• 6 years of relevant working experience in a related field or thereof
• 2 years of leading projects Has solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation Good communication skills Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding Able to lead team to solve standard problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc.) Project Management Professional Certification is preferred We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
