Project Director - Technology Development

Job description

Lead CMOS and CMOS+eNVM technology development and transfer projects with global foundry partners. Drive end-to-end program execution from technology development through qualification and high-volume manufacturing. Manage cross-functional international teams across process integration, device engineering, IC design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Serve as the primary technical and business interface between internal stakeholders and external foundries.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. Provide deep technical expertise in CMOS+eNVM process integration, semiconductor device engineering, and manufacturing technologies. Foster strong collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making across geographically dispersed organizations. Utilize advanced project management practices to ensure successful delivery of strategic semiconductor technology programs.

Min 10 yrs experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in CMOS+eNVM process integration and semiconductor device engineering. Familiarity with IC design concepts and design-process interactions. Proven experience leading and managing international, cross-functional teams. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin skills to communicate with Mandarin speaking external counterparts PMI, PMP, or IPMA certification is preferred.
