Job description

Test Management Office (TMO) Coordination

Support the Test Management Office by coordinating testing activities across ERP programs, including test schedule coordination, milestone tracking, quality dashboards, test metrics, and stakeholder communications.

Test Governance & Project Support

Assist in testing governance and project coordination by tracking action items, testing risks and issues, and maintaining testing documentation.

Test Execution & Defect Management

Support testing activities by contributing to test planning, test execution (end-to-end), defect management, test reporting, and applying testing methodologies across the software testing lifecycle.

Educational Background

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a basic understanding of software testing concepts.

Analytical & Detail Orientation

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Collaboration & Ownership

Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.

Learning Agility & Commitment
