Director Application Management

Job description

• Drive the business development and market adoption of robotics applications with a strong focus on emerging Physical AI systems
• Develop a deep understanding of robotics and Physical AI market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics globally
• Identify growth opportunities and define application strategies for robotics markets
• Drive business development with leading customers and build strategic relationships with leading industrial companies as well as automotive players expanding into robotics and autonomous systems
• Drive and support global Go-To-Market activities for robotics applications
• Act as the business interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Application Engineering, and support customer engagements and strategic projects from opportunity identification through commercialization
• Influence application, system, and product roadmaps based on market requirements and customer insights.

Advanced degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or related technology markets
• Strong understanding of robotics ecosystems, Physical AI, machine vision, motion control, edge intelligence, and autonomous systems Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate market trends into growth opportunities
