Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Dri ve pre-silicon verification activities for a digital design IP including SoC integration aspects

• Engage throughout the entire development cycle , from planning to sign-off
• Take ownership of verification plans and lead cross-team review activities
• Contribute hands-on to IP and SoC verification (SystemVerilog/ UVM)
• Build, migrate, and maintain scalable verification environments
• Develop testbenches for digital, behavior models and mixed-signal scenarios
• Lead debugging, root-cause analysis and closure
• Apply generative AI to accelerate digital pre-silicon verification workflows Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field At least
• 10 years of professional experience in digital pre-silicon verification, including end-to-end ownership of IP and SoC verification activities
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog/ UVM and verification EDA toolchain and cross-skill development
• Solid understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and security standards (ISO 21434) is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in Python, Tcl, or comparable scripting languages
• Proven experience applying AI/ML technologies to improve engineering efficiency and productivit y Technical team lead or project management experience is a plus Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter ) .
