Staff Specialist Supply Chain Development and Optimization

Job description

Analyze and optimize demand fulfilment towards defined business objectives in supply planning. Evaluate revenue mid-term planning opportunities with a long-term strategic focus. Manage supply planning through demand fulfilment and supply strategy execution, including product lifecycle requirements, with a focus on minimizing earliness and lateness through demand prioritization. Analyze system bottlenecks and report significant capacity overloading and underloading situations.

Develop inventory stock projections and planning through Intelligent Stock Planning methodologies. Serve as the primary DIV interface for product-specific supply chain topics. Manage deviations and escalations between PLAN (DIV), MAKE (OPC), and DELIVER (CSC) organizations. Manage allocation situations for the respective Product Line (PL). Relevant knowledge on supply chain planning with subject matter expert Advance understanding of Demand/supply planning preferable AI knowledge and experience in applying AI-driven solutions for supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and business analytics will be an added advantage We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
