Are you in? Your Role As the Site Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing and procurement for equipment, materials and services at our manufacturing site.

You will secure supply, optimize total cost, and build reliable supplier partnerships in close collaboration with operations and cross functional teams Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead end to end procurement for equipment, materials and services, including sourcing, pricing, contracting, purchase order management and delivery coordination
• Run competitive sourcing events such as requests for quotation and proposal and tenders, define evaluation criteria, align with stakeholders and finalize supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial contracts aligned to site needs to secure favorable terms, and maintain contract data, renewals and terminations under control
• Ensure uninterrupted supply by managing supplier performance, resolving issues and mitigating risks
• Partner with operations, engineering and finance to deliver value for money and total cost improvements
• Conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and performance reviews against technical and commercial requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, digital tools and compliance Your Profile You are a collaborative, analytical professional who builds strong supplier and stakeholder relationships and acts with a continuous improvement mindset.

Mandatory

• Minimum of 6 years of procurement experience, including indirect categories in a manufacturing or technology environment
• Proven procurement management experience with supplier selection, negotiation and contract management
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in procurement processes and strategies and Microsoft Office
• Written and spoken English at professional working level

Preferred

• Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems
