Process Analysis

Assist the Automation Team in analyzing manual processes and identifying automation opportunities Coding Support: Contribute to developing and scripting automation tasks in Java, Python or related tools Agile Collaboration: Work with a global Scrum team, participating in agile ceremonies and practices Cross-Functional Work: Interact and contribute within cross-functional and international project teams ERP Solutions: Learn automation approaches in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Education: Currently studying Computer Science or Business Informatics Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python or Java, basic database skills as a plus AI and Automation: First experience with agentic automation and applying artificial intelligence in software development Analytical Mindset: Used to analytical thinking and a structured way of working
