Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring accurate datacollection and timely updates Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role

• Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring accurate datacollection and timely updates
• Perform invoice verification and reconciliation, checkingdiscrepancies and coordinating with vendors when necessary
• Assist in creating basic reports and data analysis to supportlogistics and customs operations
• Support the setup and maintenance of transportation routes in thesystem, ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution
• Monitor shipment status through track and trace report, proactivelyfollowing up on delays and providing updates Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
• Master or Bachelor degree
• Proficient in written and reading English; able to prepare and maintain daily reports in English accurately and clearly
• CET-4/6, IELTS, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, dataorganization)
• Ability to compile, update, and analyze routine logistics reports
• Strong sense of responsibility with high accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate with internal teams and support basic English communication when necessary.
