Job description

Work as Key Account Manager to work out clear development strategy for the assigned accounts in Renewable Energy sector. Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction goal. Provide input insights when develop, execute and optimize account strategies for sustainable & profitable growth through strategic sales plan “Bluebook” articulation and seamless executions. With thorough customer system understanding to initiate new product ideations and work with business development, application/product marketing and engineering teams to incubate NPI projects.

Work across Infineon business units to identify and fulfill cross BUs selling opportunities; Work across regions to address global footprints of customer business expansion. Excellence in communication in both internal and external, power of influencing. Logical thinking, system understanding, and awareness of process. Team player. Good command of English in oral and written. Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting.

Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external and frequently travel. Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical team across all levels of hierarchy.
