Job description

Logistics Process Improvement

Analyze and optimize logistics processes, including ERP system development, to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team productivity.

Warehouse Management Systems

Design and implement warehouse management systems, including automated receiving processes and documentation workflows.

Problem Solving and Operations Management

Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and customers to ensure requirements are met and service levels are maintained.

Performance Monitoring and KPI Management

Measure, report, and drive improvements in key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational excellence.

Education

Currently pursuing a 3rd or 4th-year degree in Industrial Engineering (Logistics Management/System), Logistics Engineering/Science, Supply Chain Engineering/Science, or a related discipline.

Microsoft Office Proficiency

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration

Work effectively in team environments, demonstrating cooperation, adaptability, and an open-minded approach to achieving shared objectives.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to support collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
