Finance Senior Specialist (f/m/div)

Job description

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and payment runs, including all aspects of invoice capture and verification, clearing and period-end close activities, preparation of payment files, authorization and execution of payments, and support for e-banking tools
• Ensure accurate cash management and liquidity planning, maintaining precision in bank postings within the accounting system
• Strengthen and develop relationships with banking partners
• Oversee end-to-end processing for local business travel accounting, guaranteeing compliance with legal and group requirements
• Provide support for internal and external/statutory audits
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across processes, tools, and documentation University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least
• 3 years of professional experience in controlling, accounting or other related areas
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style, while maintaining flexibility in managing different tasks
• Strong ability to work independently as well as effectively within a multinational team environment Efficient working style combined with strong communication skills
