Secure subcontractors' capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process and requirement
- Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined
- Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap
